Spotlessly clean, and significantly cheaper than any other local climate-controlled storage -- especially with the discounts offered for reserving online. All forms can be filled electronically, which is a plus, and online payment and auto-pay are also a huge benefit. I toured the Neubert Rd facility and the representative there (Marty) answered all of my questions and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Aisles are wide enough to easily maneuver vehicles into/out of spaces, rolling carts are provided, and there are restrooms (a rarity for storage places I've used previously).👍👍

This is the first time I rented a storage unit, I am extremely happy with the clean, climate controlled unit I rented. Marty was very friendly and a great help. He showed me to my unit , how to unlock and lock it properly, where to find the carts to use and the entry and exit system. I’m very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Extra Storage to anyone.
