Extra space storage was great. They were easy to work with. They were convenient and VERY clean. I felt that my items in storage were secure. They give you your own lock and key and only YOU get to keep copies of the keys. The staff was ALWAYS helpful and welcoming. I received a phone call after I moved in to make sure the accommodations were nice and to make sure the experience was enjoyable. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend!

Spotlessly clean, and significantly cheaper than any other local climate-controlled storage -- especially with the discounts offered for reserving online. All forms can be filled electronically, which is a plus, and online payment and auto-pay are also a huge benefit. This is the first time I rented a storage unit, I am extremely happy with the clean, climate controlled unit I rented. Marty was very friendly and a great help. He showed me to my unit , how to unlock and lock it properly, where to find the carts to use and the entry and exit system. I’m very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Extra Storage to anyone.

Great helpful people, nice clean facility’s. Price point can’t be argued. The climate control facility’s make it so nice to drop off or go through your unit in the rain or cold.
