The staff helped me identify an appropriately sized unit based on my belongings and walked me through the whole process, while giving me helpful tips. The units are extremely easy to access and they went above and beyond to make me feel confident that my possessions would be safe. I would recommend to anyone living in the area that needs a little extra storage space!

RecommendedThis location is clean and the manager is exceptional. I moved from Wisconsin to Chicago (I currently have my items at an Extra Space facility here) and let's just say....the customer service was ridiculous!!! I assumed everyone was like Ralph. I found out they are not!
