I've had nothing but a pleasant experience. I had my storage for several years. I had to move out to a different part of the county, and I had some items that were very large and was going take some complex moving. The manager gave me extra days past the deadline of my last day to get the stuff out. He did not charge me for the extra days.I thought that was really nice of him. Jeff is AMAZING!!! I was standing outside waiting for the other individual to arrive so we could look at a space. Jeff came outside, greeted me and asked if he could help - even though I was not yet a customer. He patiently answered our inquiries and showed us a few units based on what we said we were looking for. Clearly explained pricing structure AND walked us through the app setup and account registration. THANK YOU!!! Also the location is conveniently near ONT Airport!

Wow! I normally don't have time to leave reviews... but this is such a nice facility... it's very clean and management is top-notch! Luis and Tiffany are SOOO NICE AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! My uncle passed away in January and it took us almost a year to clear out his storage. When we did, Luis was an INCREDIBLE help - he assisted us in getting the correct legal paperwork in order, finding someone to help us haul out the trash, and transfer the unit to my name. Originally, we were going to close out his unit ... but I was so impressed with how well he runs this business, we actually decided to keep this unit and we're going to move over our stuff from our own storage unit in LA. My sister and I rented a unit and Luis was most helpful, he was quick and efficient with the rental agreement he answered all our questions We had and provided us with helpful information. I would definitely recommend extra space storage to anybody looking for a safe storage facility to store their stuff at. This facility is safe secure and clean.
