After I made the initial reservation of the storage unit, I was quickly contacted by phone from a gentleman named Randy. he explained the whole process to me; it was quick, it was easy and he was very informed and very friendly. I received by email the contract lease and was able to sign it without any problems and it was an overall very nice and short experience.
Nikki with Extra Space Storage went over and above to help with my rental. The entire process has been easy. Units are clean, well maintained, carts to assist with moving are provided. Would rent a space again.
I have easy pay set up but sometimes I need to change payment date. It is a bit of a hassle to have to stop easy pay then re-do it when the funds are available. With that being said, my experience in having to do so with Extra Space Storage has been effortless. I have received excellent customer service over the phone with Nikki & in person with Morris.
Very friendly and fast service. Very clean. The trolleys provided made my life so much easier moving my stuff into the storage. Elevator and hallways are handicap friendly. Wheelchair accessible units available.
Great experience with the young men and office personnel. They were friendly and moved quickly with no damage. I will definitely use them again with next move
