If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I moved my entire house/ everything I own into one of the storage units here in August, it is now October. Not even a full two months later and today I received a notice saying that next month their prices are increasing due to " current market conditions"... WHAT!? They want nearly $100 dollars more a month now??? Just because they can?? Absolutely not. I had my belongings at the storage unit right off of 35 in New Braunfels. The staff were super friendly and the facility was always very clean. However the complete annoyance of having to input a 8 digit code every time you enter and every time you want to go up in the elevator is extremely annoying. When I first moved in the units were brand new and didn't have the elevator code but they added it later and it quickly became a pain. If you plan on frequenting the unit you get this place may not be for you.
