Terry and the staff have been AMAZING at ensuring customers are promptly taken care of! I highly recommend this facility to everyone. Plus, it's very CLEAN, which is a bonus!

Great customer service good prices you're stuff with be safe here Been a resident for over a year and any time we visited our stuff the facility was always clean and well taken care of with plenty of carts even when it was busier.

Convenient location and great price everything was clean and straight to the point. I enjoyed how fast the service was from lock and key to getting to storage I wanted and at an affordable rate.

I've never used a storage place in my life and found that ESS was very easy to get setup. Everything was handle through text msg and email and their process is flawless and fast. Great communication and follow ups. Facility is very clean, clean floors and storage units. Location is right around the corner and very convenient. Terry is awesome to work with. Lease is month to month no signing a long term contract. I will be back should I need storage in the future.

This facility is brand new! Was built April 2022. I had great customer service and was so happy to have found a unit on first floor. Highly recommended. The gentleman that assisted me was on top of it. He really made setting things up easy.

Had a great experience only needed it for a couple of months. They were able to prorate our last couple of days which helped us out a lot!

I was looking for a good moving company that wasn't going to charge me like we live in California. Found these guys and needed someone last minute and they came thru and they're fee isn't as much as the hourly rate so I was able to afford it. The guys moved very fast and were super nice.

IF I COULD LEAVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! First they charge a mandatory Insurance Rate of $11.00 per month but the monthly fee is allegedly low so it's worth it. I signed a contract for $39.00 per month plus the added insurance rate for a total of $50.00 per month in November 2024. Two months later I get a letter saying they are raising the rate to $89.00 per month to keep up with current market conditions. If I could give one less star I would. We have complained about roaches someone brought in for the past 2-3 months now. We have filed multiple complaints in person and over the phone. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. We have been told pest comes to spray. I'm not sure what they are spraying maybe water. It's getting disgusting. We have put out small traps ourselves to get rid of the problem & I think that's the only reason anything is happening.
