If I could give one less star I would. We have complained about roaches someone brought in for the past 2-3 months now. We have filed multiple complaints in person and over the phone. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. We have been told pest comes to spray. I'm not sure what they are spraying maybe water. It's getting disgusting. We have put out small traps ourselves to get rid of the problem & I think that's the only reason anything is happening. I hope to never need a storage unit again; if I do, at least I know who I WON'T be going with. If you're thinking of going with these guys, you need to be aware that whatever price they're quoting you is their "introductory rate" (even though it doesn't say that anywhere). And after four months they're going to jack up your price by about 80%. Total bait-and-switch. I hate doing business with a company that lacks integrity. Extra Space definitely fits the bill.

It is a brand new building and it was clean; however, with multiple interactions with the staff, I have had disrespectful and unprofessional attitudes towards me. This happens every time I go to pay my storage fees, on time mind you. They have increased our rates multiple times so I had to pay in advance to keep it at the same rate per the staff. I am unable to get emails for my statements and had to agree to the one dollar finance charge in order to get my reminders. I often pay in advance and have issues with the staff... read more
