We weren't sure about getting storage at this location but it has worked out well, especially because of Angel in the office. Yes this Angel has really helped us so much when we had questions or needed help with certain things. Thank You. Our Holiday needs and the New Year will start off well because of this!

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean, climate controlled especially for in east county you definitely need it. Cesi the assistant store manager is absolutely amazing.

Staff are top notch! Everyone is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and super helpful to my handicap needs. Janette advised me expertly even better than just going online or calling the toll free number. Jacob has the confidence and wherewithal to run this company in the future. I am sure my items are secure in this facility. Worth it!!!

I was looking for a small storage unit & found a great price here. Angel provided excellent customer service. This facility was very clean and was temperature controlled. I highly recommend this place!!!

We are moving into this facility after our current facility jacked up prices by 35% (+ $100/mo). I actually really love that they redeveloped the old Sears space for this facility. Honestly it's an ingenious use of the space in what is an otherwise ghost town of a mall. We were able to use a 1st month free promotion & reserved our space online to get a 10x20 at a great rate. First off Cesi is amazing! She is so personable and definitely made a great first impression! I can tell she loves being in customer service and it was a pleasure having her assist me. When I arrived with my mother, she took us on a tour of the property. She showed us the loading dock in the back of the building (there's a garage door for large items when unloading).
