Great service just completed transfer with carissa
One of the most challenging experiences I have ever had. Poor communication to start - no one contacted me for nearly half a day before I initiated contact. Then I was told three different things by call center, on site management, and call center again. On site management was condescending and did not appear remotely interested in supporting a rental.
