They stores my belongings, communicated clearly, and were always polite and friendly. It was easy to cancel when I was done renting the storage space.

First time visited this place and the person that assist me is very nice and approachable,she give me the details of renting it and she showed me the vacant storage space.

Storage got broken into, lock was cut and replaced by someone. Went to get into my unit at 6:30am to leave town and given situation nobody would come to cut the lock and said we don't have permission to do so ourselves. All these cameras... and yet didn't see who did it even though we had been there in recent couple weeks.

I am still waiting to hear back from Emily S. who responded to my break-in at Extra Space. She said she would help me, but I've tried calling yesterday and it's just a dead end - nobody home. do not respond to me on Yelp saying you want to help. What a bunch of deceit. So where is this great customer service?? I am local and I will be getting my horrible experience with Extra Space out on all social medias in the area, including "next-door. "

Don't rent here. Dismal security. My unit was broken into in June 2024 because *** THERE'S AN 18" GAP *** above most of the storage unit doors! Just one thin piece of metal spans this gap, attached with 3 machine screws. Are you kidding me??? Management says it's for "ventilation". Baloney. Somebody cheaped out on finish construction. Here's what's going on: Thieves rent a unit in the building, then go casing through the hallways, over the unit doors, and remove the hex nut on cylinder locks from the inside. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I leased my unit last summer and the first night it got robbed. I got a call yesterday saying it got robbed that night and then I got another call today saying it got robbed again last night. TWO! two nights in a row after they told me they had secured the unit with a new lock. They have the people on camera and they have not called the police and said it is my responsibility to do so because it has nothing to do with them. Place is very clean and new. Problem I have had is the constant rate raises what seems like every three months, maybe four on schedule. Has happened with two units I have rented. Same schedule it seems. Would be better off finding a company/facility that does not constantly raise their rates on you. Local staff is good though. Really wanted to stay here but feel they are taking advantage. Lots of empty units.
