I would rate this company as a whole as minus 5 if I could. I had 4 individual storage units over a 10 month period while we moved to a new home. Their security was all but non existent and 3 of the 4 units were broken into. It's hard to tell all that was taken, but whoever was doing it was likely another storage user that was breaking into other units in the middle of the night and putting stuff in their unit, then moving the stolen stuff out in the daytime.
