Place is very clean and new. Problem I have had is the constant rate raises what seems like every three months, maybe four on schedule. Has happened with two units I have rented. Same schedule it seems. Would be better off finding a company/facility that does not constantly raise their rates on you. Local staff is good though. Really wanted to stay here but feel they are taking advantage. Lots of empty units.
