5 star experience, the customer service, the facility! serena (the manager) was super helpful & kind over the phone & in person. i went in the next day after speaking with her & we were able to get my unit rented within minutes. the location is a little hidden so as i was going down the street i was kinda skeptical, but one you get to building, wow! super clean, even the hallways, restrooms are super clean as well. will definitely recommend this place to anyone i know who might be looking in the area.

Recently got a storage space at the new Extra Space Storage in my town Simi Valley. Serena was so nice and helpful, I was inquiring about specific unit and found out it was already reserved. She called me next day to say it was available and did everything over phone. Simple, easy and so helpful! The staff here is so friendly and storage access is easy !
