New clean facility with air conditioned units. Really easy to book a unit on line. Great hours of operation for unit access - 7 days a week including nights until 10PM..My ONLY complaint is that my rate more than DOUBLED after 3 months. I expected a rent raise maybe after 1 year, but I thought doubling my rent after 3 months was a little excessive. A great value to start though. I definitely recommend this facility, but just be aware that your rental rate can change at anytime.

CLEAN BRAND NEW facility offering AC units & (only) 5x5's. Great INITIAL deal for under $60.00 bucks a FEW (3 or Max 4) weeks then outta the blue WHAMMO- price almost doubles. Good marketing.... at times staff seems lacklustre & impatient, stressed. Often uncomfortable to ask for help. But it IS Spotless!

when i came in to inquire there's only one staff working and she (Diana Castellano) was helping someone else but she managed to recognize me that she'll be with me in a moment. the other client is also making an inquiry about the space and as she is about to show the spaces Diana asked me if i wanted to come see the as well. And at the end everything worked well and she handled both clients at the same time. Diana is amazing and has an impeccable customer service experience

I have been searching all around simi valley looking for a storage facility. I looked at a couple of them and the one I like the best is Extra Space Storage on Industrial street. Easy access, great location, great response time too! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I highly recommend this facility!
The online process was simple! When I went in to get my lock and find my unit Dan was extremely helpful, friendly and professional! I am glad I made the switch to Extra Space Storage!!
