I would suggest checking online for current deals. I was on the first floor thinking that was important but really any floor works. Up to you. The staff has been helpful and the enclosed bay has now been fixed so one way in and one way out. Perfect for foul weather.
While I have not rented at this facility, my rating is reflective of the excellent communication and customer service I received from Sierra! I'm moving my items from another facility, so I wanted to check them out and see what they offer. So far so good! -Finding this place was easy and it has very competitive pricing. -Convenient location, easy off the 580. -Renting was simple. The employee was very helpful and friendly. -Getting into our new unit was extremely easy, no need to go to the office as the employee set it up for us before we arrived, sent us instructions and we were able to just start loading up the unit. -Their carts for use are very helpful and work well. -Facility is very clean.

My husband lost his job and we had to move from Reno to Texas. We hired movers which turned out not to be a good choice. They stored our belongings at Extra Space Storage in Reno. Long story short Reno PD had to get involved. Dani and Michelle were so awesome. The facility is very nice and clean. If you store your belongs at Extra Space storage, just know your things are safe. Dani and Michelle went out of there way to help us in a bad situation. They deserve 10 stars.
PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING! I Have been renting from this Company on Double Diamond and South Meadows for close to a year at $200 a month. Without warning theyhave raised the price if my 10x15 to $429 continuing every month. I have contacted the Company and they could care less even though on this forum they reply "concerned" and they take these "matters seriously" they will not adjust the pricing. several units, including mine, were broken into and the company did not attempt to inform all those affected. I had to find out about from the police several weeks after extra space knew it had happened.
They did not honor the rate even after calling and speaking with them. It was a messy series of calls, and I am extremely disappointed. The facility here is dirty, and the door does not work about half of the time as well. I would recommend going else where
