Bad experience. Moved in and was given a good rate with first month free. 3 months later and the rate was raised by $60 a month right after they had charged us for our payment. Main door to drive in was broken during our entire 3 months using them. I also observed water dripping into units and notified management and never heard back from them. Overall felt misleading. On 01/03/2024 I went to my storage unit per usual. Upon arrival it had a sign saying that the front gate does not open in in order to open or get into the unit. You have to go through the side door or go around back to the exit door so I did so. My twins, and I then got a cart and proceeded to go to the elevator, and then proceeded to enter in the elevator and then once we pressed number two nothing had worked or happened the door was closed to the elevator.
