If I could give no stars, I would. I rented a unit and moved in. 2 days later, the keypad to entered stopped working and stayed in disrepair for weeks. Sometimes I couldn't get to my unit because of what appeared to be some kind of mailing operation which took up the entire entrance way. Then the elevator didn't work a couple of times. One day they closed the entire 3rd floor and I couldn't access my unit. The facility was very clean when we moved in a year ago, but has gone downhill significantly since then. About a month after moving in, our rental rate was increased...a total bait and switch...waiting at least a year for an increase is much more sensible. The elevator is not functioning, so we are unable to gain access to our storage unit...and there is not an after hours emergency phone number. Bad experience. Moved in and was given a good rate with first month free. 3 months later and the rate was raised by $60 a month right after they had charged us for our payment. Main door to drive in was broken during our entire 3 months using them. I also observed water dripping into units and notified management and never heard back from them. Overall felt misleading. On 01/03/2024 I went to my storage unit per usual. Upon arrival it had a sign saying that the front gate does not open in in order to open or get into the unit. You have to go through the side door or go around back to the exit door so I did so. My twins, and I then got a cart and proceeded to go to the elevator, and then proceeded to enter in the elevator and then once we pressed number two nothing had worked or happened the door was closed to the elevator.
