I have a 5'x10' unit that I got at a great rate initially. I went in with the intention to downsize (since I need less space) and my rate recently went up to $215. Liz had great customer service and was able to help me out. Thank you so much Liz! This location is unmatched when it comes to service and cleanliness. Antonio, the manager, always has a positive vibe and a smile on his face.
My experience was super fast and easy. Liz was very helpful and knowledgeable. I let her know what I needed the space for and she gave me the perfect size unit. She took me up to view it and allowed me to take pictures to show my mom who I’ll be sharing the unit with. The leasing process was clear and she answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend and refer anyone to rent from Extra Space Storage and be assisted by Liz.
We were a longstanding client of this Extra Space Storage location and were beyond pleased with the service. Lizz and the whole team were always so helpful on the phone and also every time we were onsite, and definitely went the extra mile especially when we were finally moving out. And the facility is nice, safe, well lit and dry. All the things you want for storing your treasures! Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this very clean and well kept storage facility. Antonio Mendoza who assisted me in finding the right size unit for my needs is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent customer service.
