The storage unit was very clean as well as the whole floor we were on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son’s things were protected and all intact when we moved out of the unit. Would use them again. It was also plenty of space for my son and everything he had moving out of his apt last year.
Our move in experience here was a lot smoother than with Public Storage. Everyone was helpful and answered all our questions. The process was simple from making a reservation online all the way to being shown the unit we were going to get and doing the rental agreement for it. The location is very clean and secured. Plenty of parking on site and on the street. I really recommend this location if you're in the mid-city area of Los Angeles.
Amazing experience! The space was very clean and very well organized. But really the main reason why I would recommend this facility is the manager - Antonio. He explained everything patiently, was extremely kind and helpful - just a really nice guy. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have him!
This was my first time renting from Extra Space storage and Tim was so helpful, he made the process smooth sailing. He made sure my unit was cleaned out and even walked me up to my unit to show me how to use the lock. Would definitely recommend this location!
