I’ve been a customer here for over a year and a half, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Since it’s a relatively new building, everything is clean and well-maintained — thanks especially to the manager, Antonio, who is always on top of everything. I constantly see him going around with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum, making sure the facility stays spotless. I also appreciate how little dust there is here. Smoothest and quickest service I’ve experienced. I wasn’t storing in a lot of stuff but I appreciate how clean and brand new this location is from the parking lot, front desk and units. It definitely steers away from most storage spaces in old buildings— not this one. The two gentleman at front desk were very helpful,respectful and responsive with processing my reservation for a unit and getting my access information. I appreciate that it was in proximity too. Great storage experience here. It’s clean and all the people who work here are kind and very helpful. When I arrived, I saw Kevin the manager there sweeping outside around the streets of the neighborhood. Definitely going above and beyond his duties. Being a good neighbor, citizen and Manager. Thanks Kevin and thanks to the whole staff at this facility.
My experience was super fast and easy. Liz was very helpful and knowledgeable. I let her know what I needed the space for and she gave me the perfect size unit. She took me up to view it and allowed me to take pictures to show my mom who I’ll be sharing the unit with. The leasing process was clear and she answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend and refer anyone to rent from Extra Space Storage and be assisted by Liz.
Just got my unit! Antonio and staff were so kind and helpful during the whole process. They showed me around and made the online reservation easy to finalize. Staff is friendly, thoughtful, and the building is clean! I'm glad I brought my business here. I feel comfortable with the security measures and how they walked me through the contract.
