Very clean and very friendly/helpful staff. This review is for the storage facility at 1810 Venice Blvd. Los Angeles. If this location is convenient for you, don't look further, you won't find a better facility. It is extremely clean (likely because it's new), the staff is very helpful and friendly. It was very easy to reserve a unit online. Once in store, service was prompt and knowledgeable. Beth assisted me in completing my reservation and in selecting a unit that was the right size for my storage needs. The facility is new, well secured, and very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this facility.

don't recommend! was one of the very first storage renters when this facility opened years ago. my rate just in drastically without any notice. no options for lowering the payment were given when I inquired! terrible customer service for a long-time client.
My cost INCREASED after like 3 months.. As you can see on their Yelp and google. There's a bunch of complaints from renters That their cost increased after they started using their units for like a few months. Good way to lose customers!

Beware they will raise the cost of your rental unit without warning within *months* of your signing up. Is this even legal? They don't tell you that they'll raise your rent to "market rate" when they gladly take your money when you first rent a unit. Extra space storage is a huge scam!!! They have purchased many fake five-star reviews on Google Maps. Look how many of those people have only reviewed this place and nowhere else! Re: Extra Space reply below.
