My whole experience from beginning to end was great. Storage units were big enough to fit on the items I needed, staff was friendly, quick respond time will definitely require their storage facilities in the future.

Ashley and Jessica were great, facility is clean and they have lots of options. Would recommend. they had the best anticipatory service and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

My storage unit needs a light in it ...the one in there is broken. Otherwise good customer service and availability at the time I needed a unit.

I am leaving this review for "Extra Space Storage" located on 11th street in Upland. I went there about 3 weeks ago to rent a unit and the options were limited because most of the units were taken only few left so I ended up taking a spot where it's a bit deeper inside a building that requires a bit more walking towards the middle. Then I left and didn't get a chance to get back to use it or put any stuff or lock yet.
