Beware: they sneak insurance coverage in on your fees. In the initial part of the application they asked if I wanted insurance coverage, and I declined it. Then at the end of the application, they make you check a bunch of boxes in order to complete the application. Little did I know that one of those boxes was regarding insurance, and because I checked it, they charged my $30/month insurance and will not remove the fees.

I have had lg storage unit at corner of Benson and 11th for 7 yrs...last Oct, new owners Extra Space Storage raised rent immediately $60, then another $60 raise 4 months later. but on top of it all, there has been rain damage reported each time, with water all over boxes, clothing, collectables, down the walls,.no repair done..they offered transfer..but I would have to move all things myself.. I am moving out...

My storage unit was full of termites. Talk to employees,/management. They could care less said I didn't have insurance so there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend this business to anybody terrible place.

Delivering 10% prince increases every 6 months WITH NO APPARENT ADDED VALUE. Don't try to move to a different location, these a frames are buying every locally own and independent storage facility. Got to love corporate America.
