Check in was fast and easy. Rosa and Jimmy were very friendly and helpful. I am moving from a different storage company at one third the cost with drive up access

I called on a Sunday afternoon. Even though the office was closed I still got a live representative who was able to get me access to a new unit same day. I payed over the phone and received all documents and gate code info via text message and email. Drove there within the next hour only to find my unit with a ticket showing my initials and my a lock waiting for me inside the unit. Lets not forget the fact that most the units are all drive up access which is a huge plus. The rate is super fair too considering it's drive up... read more

We moved in to this storage about 2 months ago and it is alright. If I could I would give this place 3 and a half stars. My expiernce with this place in the beginning was amazing. They helped me and the couple I was with for over an hour. They even helped us try and figure out how to open their storage doors. My only problem was when we were considering moving to a different storage which we eventually did. I have been wanting to rent a storage unit for a while and I am glad I found this place. First off, Carina the manager was very very friendly and helpful. She was very informative and seems like she runs a tight ship. Secondly, the facility is clean and well kept. Again, glad I found this place.

I'm giving it a four star review at the moment because I just had my first experience with the new store manager. She was great. Very responsive, friendly, professional and helpful. Complete 180 from the previous management team, which I avoided at all cost. I feel much better about spending my money at here now.
