I have been wanting to rent a storage unit for a while and I am glad I found this place. First off, Carina the manager was very very friendly and helpful. She was very informative and seems like she runs a tight ship. Secondly, the facility is clean and well kept. Again, glad I found this place.

I'm giving it a four star review at the moment because I just had my first experience with the new store manager. She was great. Very responsive, friendly, professional and helpful. Complete 180 from the previous management team, which I avoided at all cost. I feel much better about spending my money at here now.

This is a nice gated storage place in Reseda. All the storages are drive up access which means you can drive your car directly to your storage and load/unload. This is a tremendous time saver so you don't have to walk into any buildings or use any elevators. The office manager Sean is really nice, helpful and accommodating. I signed up online for a small storage, but when I got there, I decided to take advantage of an online special and switched to a larger storage. The most unpleasant employee I have encountered. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. During all the time I have been renting storage units, this was the worst experience I have had. I usually try to understand people, but this man treats customers as if they are garbage. I would not want anyone else to experience the feeling I had after visiting this place. The employee working there was an older man who clearly has never been taught how to communicate respectfully with people.

Paid for a unit on Saturday, arrived with a loaded vehicle and hired movers the next day and the gate code didn't work. No response when we left a message and we waited for over an hour. Never heard a response all day long!!!! Curious to see if this company is ever going to respond to our numerous voice mails? How does a reputable business not respond to a client by text or phone in 2024? Shame on Extra Space Storage!!!

We called to get (2) 10x30 units but all they had was (2) 10x20s available. Susan told me she would put them on hold while we decide if we could condense our belongings into the smaller units. We drove to our current storage and figured with proper organization we could make it happen. So we headed over to rent the 2 units. To our surprise they said the units we had put on hold had been rented. We told them we had called and put them on hold but they said it's first come first serve. BEWARE of this shady business!
