Just finished moving out. Original operation of what used to be Packing House Storage was great, but unit rental rates have gotten too high under several management/ownership changes to justify keeping my belongings there any longer — especially given that when I came to move things out of storage, I discovered rats had eaten through a hose in my washing machine, among other items. The customer service here is top-notch, outstanding, all of the above, and a well-deserved five-star. I really like the hours I can access my storage, and the building is secure.
Changed ownership, but the criminals who owned it previously hiked my rent 20% after only a few months -- $350 to near $400. "Inflation," not just greed, they said. Costs going up 20% in less than half a year is impressive.
I had a great experience with ExtraSpace Storage. Sheyla, was very helpful, professional and answered all of our questions. She also goes out of her way to help customers and to keep the units clean.
Everyone claiming that this place is clean is lying!! People always leave trash outside (mountains of trash), we recently got rats and they ruined all my stuff (family items , kids car seats ,my mothers belongings that passed away and much more ), and we know the rats didn’t come from us since we have been there for a couple years and have never had a problem , the gates half the time don’t work or are left open the whole time when anyone can go in there so if your looking for security than don’t come here , the workers are ... read more
