From the start of the rental process to move out day this place is amazing. Devilan Cunningham the manager is friendly and so helpful he assisted in getting the best deal to save money and provided tips for the unit. The unit was climate controlled even though the hottest part of the Arizona summer. The storage complex was secure, well lit, and has plenty of security cameras. Move out day was a breeze, the check out process was so fast and simple.

Great space overall. The only issue i had was the price increase after a few months. It increased to double what i was paying after 3 months but as expected with it becoming a popular place.

Just moved my storage into this place. Used to be the cheap movie theater, so you know the air conditioning is fantastic. Only two stories . Brand new and $100 cheaper per month than my last unit. Lights are not on timers, they stay on. Moving truck loading ramps on both sides of building with large electric sliding doors. Only cons are the long entry code and having to enter it for the elevators, and it's not gated. Otherwise right now you get first month free and and a fantastic monthly rate. Great manager as well.

So impressed with the facility - so clean, new, great floor plan, love the added security. The best part is that the costs were fraction of what the other places charge. Devilan Cuningham was a pleasure to work with. So knowledgeable and helpful. Loved it so much I am moving stuff from other units and moving all to newly rented units here, and will be saving many thousands of dollars. I have already told so many they should move their storage needs here.
