This storage place is not secure at all. They have robberies, almost on a weekly basis. It is not worth having your stuff here because it won't be your stuff for much longer.

Don't use this on line service. Its a bate and switch site. I was trying to get a storage next to the location that I was moving the stuff from. I most definitely didn't want to drive 10 miles just to find out that I paid a inflated price for a storage on the second floor and in the very corner. So in the 116 degree heat i had to make 10 trips in the compete sun. This place is such a scam. I used this facility to store items while I am deployed with the military. After three months, they doubled my rate. I called to explain that I have no way to move out of my unit. They reduced it to only a 50% increase. They said the web rate is a move in special, yet that is not stated anywhere. I would have never realized my rate increased unless I called because they only send out notifications via snail mail.
