Jacob in Noblesville is amazing! Somehow, without my knowledge of this storage unit existing, my cats ashes ended up in a storage unit that had been auctioned. Thankfully the auction winner brought her back to the office, along with some other personal items like pictures, and he used the information on the urn to contact Loyal and True to get my information to contact me! I am so appreciative that he took the time to find loyal and True's information to find me and get her back to me!

These guys are great. Been going to extra space for a while now. Different locations and their support is always excellent. Jacob @ the Noblesville location was great, straight to the point, very helpful and knowledgeable. If you see any changes, or have any questions, call them or visit them. They will workout things with you.
