Jacob in Noblesville is amazing! Somehow, without my knowledge of this storage unit existing, my cats ashes ended up in a storage unit that had been auctioned. Thankfully the auction winner brought her back to the office, along with some other personal items like pictures, and he used the information on the urn to contact Loyal and True to get my information to contact me! I am so appreciative that he took the time to find loyal and True's information to find me and get her back to me!
Marvin the Manager and Jacob the assistant manager we very friendly, comical and laid back. Super pleased with the service of this location and the guys working it!
