Completed everything online. Fastest, easiest storage I have ever set up. Facility was large, and well lit with elevators. No complaints!

I've been a loyal renter at this Extra Space Storage on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas for over five years, always paying in full and in advance. For most of that time, I had a fair rate. However, my rate recently jumped drastically 60% more without prior notice. When I attempted to renew, I was simply told by the assistant manager Derrick that the increase was non-negotiable. RUN! They are nice until they get you in the door. They will bait you with a good move in deal. That's where it ends. Homeless drug addicts sleeping in cars. People steal your stuff and management couldn't care less to review surveillance footage. Be prepared to have your rent raised in 3 months to upwards of 40% or more and it will happen every 3 months. Greed at its best. Learn how to take care of your paying long term customers instead of gouge them until they end up leaving. Stay away.

Purchased a new 6 x 12 trailer and set up the reservation online. Was told on the phone that temporary registration from the dealer was OK. Upon arrival today was informed they will not store the trailer without being registered with the DMV which takes about a month in Nevada. The friendly employee apologized and let me know that they gave us bad information on the phone. Wasted my time today and now having to scramble to find another location and back up the rest of my day.
