Completed everything online. Fastest, easiest storage I have ever set up. Facility was large, and well lit with elevators. No complaints!

RUN! They are nice until they get you in the door. They will bait you with a good move in deal. That's where it ends. Homeless drug addicts sleeping in cars. People steal your stuff and management couldn't care less to review surveillance footage. Be prepared to have your rent raised in 3 months to upwards of 40% or more and it will happen every 3 months. Greed at its best. Learn how to take care of your paying long term customers instead of gouge them until they end up leaving. Stay away.

Purchased a new 6 x 12 trailer and set up the reservation online. Was told on the phone that temporary registration from the dealer was OK. Upon arrival today was informed they will not store the trailer without being registered with the DMV which takes about a month in Nevada. The friendly employee apologized and let me know that they gave us bad information on the phone. Wasted my time today and now having to scramble to find another location and back up the rest of my day.
Went in today to drop off a box after they raised my rent without telling me and now they block it! Worst place and yes I ignored the stupid tape.
Highly DO NOT recommend. My payment was 2 days late while I was waiting for a new card in the mail so I can update it. Unwilling to let me access unit real quick. No problem, got card in mail next day and updated it online. Lock still placed on my unit. No one in office to help out at 10am on a Wednesday. I can't access my own stuff is absolutely ridiculous and they do not have staff clearly and will reply to this with some generic bs response.
