Completed everything online. Fastest, easiest storage I have ever set up. Facility was large, and well lit with elevators. No complaints!

Purchased a new 6 x 12 trailer and set up the reservation online. Was told on the phone that temporary registration from the dealer was OK. Upon arrival today was informed they will not store the trailer without being registered with the DMV which takes about a month in Nevada. The friendly employee apologized and let me know that they gave us bad information on the phone. Wasted my time today and now having to scramble to find another location and back up the rest of my day.
Went in today to drop off a box after they raised my rent without telling me and now they block it! Worst place and yes I ignored the stupid tape.
Highly DO NOT recommend. My payment was 2 days late while I was waiting for a new card in the mail so I can update it. Unwilling to let me access unit real quick. No problem, got card in mail next day and updated it online. Lock still placed on my unit. No one in office to help out at 10am on a Wednesday. I can't access my own stuff is absolutely ridiculous and they do not have staff clearly and will reply to this with some generic bs response.

Courtney is the worst. This place will not work with you if you're having trouble paying your bill. They're money hungry and instead of helping people they just threaten to add late fees and lien fees. Obviously life is tough for everyone I wouldn't be reaching out if help wasn't necessary but this place especially snobby ass Courtney are heartless. I would give this place a zero if I could.
