RecommendedExtra Space has been housing my my possessions for 2 1/2 years. And I have never had any problems. Also the prices are reasonable and Miss Debbie is wonderful. She always helps me out when I come to the storage. If I have any questions or concerns, she is polite, professional, and always puts the customers first and I love Miss Deb for all her help.

RecommendedI’ve been renting my storage at 9239 103rd street for a year Ms Debbie is so pleasant and excellent customer service and she makes you feel comfortable talking to her in person or on phone. Place is so clean inside and out, and I feel so comfortable knowing my items are safe , There’s a security key pad for entry. So you will rest with ease. Thank you for all you do. God Bless

RecommendedThe staff at this facility is awesome. From the time I rented my unit back in November 2023 Donnette was wonderful. I am currently closing out this unit and Debbie has just been so helpful and kind in helping me through the process. Extra Space Storage is truly blessed to have these ladies as employees. They illegally auction off my storage due to a typo Joanne gain the manager at this southpoint location email me the wrong due date and all she can tell me is that she’s sorry it was a typo …. $20,000k TYPO I immediately had a panic attack!!!! 20k of my NEW salon equipment is now gone and they won’t do anything about it.
