Place is so clean inside and out, and I feel so comfortable knowing my items are safe , There’s a security key pad for entry. So you will rest with ease. Thank you for all you do. God Bless

The staff at this facility is awesome. From the time I rented my unit back in November 2023 Donnette was wonderful. I am currently closing out this unit and Debbie has just been so helpful and kind in helping me through the process. Extra Space Storage is truly blessed to have these ladies as employees. They are definitely keepers!
They illegally auction off my storage due to a typo Joanne gain the manager at this southpoint location email me the wrong due date and all she can tell me is that she’s sorry it was a typo …. $20,000k TYPO I immediately had a panic attack!!!! 20k of my NEW salon equipment is now gone and they won’t do anything about it.
