I am currently closing out this unit and Debbie has just been so helpful and kind in helping me through the process. Extra Space Storage is truly blessed to have these ladies as employees. They illegally auction off my storage due to a typo Joanne gain the manager at this southpoint location email me the wrong due date and all she can tell me is that she’s sorry it was a typo …. $20,000k TYPO I immediately had a panic attack!!!! 20k of my NEW salon equipment is now gone and they won’t do anything about it.
