Extremely pleased with this clean and modern facility. This was our first experience with an indoor climate controlled storage facility, and we couldn’t be happier. The facility is very clean - units, hallways, all of it. Staff (Dominique) was very pleasant and helpful - she addressed all of my concerns and made our move-in easy. Everything about this place is really cool! Staff is so kind and helpful, place was clean and ready to go for my extra storage, I couldn’t keep around the house. Highly recommend this location! I wouldn’t go to any other!

Had an unfortunate event happen where the sellers of the home we were buying broke contract and left us scrambling within four days of closing. We had to figure out what did do with our entire home and thought ESS in Englewood would work due to the reviews. We have one of the larger units, and was informed that it never leaks. I've gone out a few times after rain, and it leaks. When I spoke with the manager about it the day we moved in, I was told there is nothing she can do for me.
