They are unethical. Their a/c unit(s) broke 4-5 months ago, they are still not fixed, and our property has mildew on it. They did not notify customers of the problem so we could move our stuff to avoid damage. They are taking no responsibility & in fact just notified us of a rate increase of over $83/ month! And they are not providing the climate control we pay for. Corporate is denying there’s a mildew problem or an a/c problem. Better check your belingi gs if you have a storage unit there.

Had an unfortunate event happen where the sellers of the home we were buying broke contract and left us scrambling within four days of closing. We had to figure out what did do with our entire home and thought ESS in Englewood would work due to the reviews. We have one of the larger units, and was informed that it never leaks. I've gone out a few times after rain, and it leaks. When I spoke with the manager about it the day we moved in, I was told there is nothing she can do for me.
