RecommendedI used the website online registration and made a reservation for a storage unit at 404 Seminole Blvd. When I visited the site I realized that the size was not going to work for my belongings. The store manager, Elizabeth Gottas, went out of her way to help me cancel that reservation and make a new one, even though the unit that was best suited for my needs was at a different location. She definitely deserves a gold star!
