We chose this facility because it had everything we needed in a storage unit at a reasonable rate. Facility appears to be clean and safe. Elizabeth took care of our sign up and was extremely nice to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It made our sign up very easy.
I had a couple of issues with Extra Space Storage so I contacted Misty the Manager of the facility and told her what had happened. She listened to me and completely understood and said she would take care of the problem. She got on it right away and fixed the issues in a timely manner. She contacted me to make sure that I knew everything had been straightened out. I personally have over 40 yrs of Customer Service experience so I know the effort it takes to give Excellent service and Misty understands it completely.
Easy to rent online, ended up only needing the unit for a month and when I went in to cancel Kim was an amazing help. Very friendly and helpful. 5 stars to Kim. Only thing I would say is when renting online they should give you the option to bring your own lock, or explain that if you open and use the lock you won't get the fee back. Overall great.
I have been very happy with my experiences with ExtraSpace storage. The staff at this facility go out of their way to make moving easier. I am especially grateful for Misty’s help. She is fast and communicative, calls back quickly, follows up, on point.
Efficient, friendly and personable. I highly recommend. I forget the woman’s name I spoke with today and I wish I could remember because she was sooo sweet! It’s so rare to get such great customer service these days so I was very happy to get her and have her be so kind and helpful.
