RecommendedTemperature control was always on point and the staff kept the carts and hallways clean. I never had any issues with the gate not working. The only sketchy thing is that they regularly raise your rate and don’t text/email about it, or notify you in the app. The only notification is via a non-descript unassuming postcard-esque mailer with a small font.
