He is always courteous to me on the phone, and helps my sister when she visits the office. He truly goes out of his way to answer any questions, and accommodate any needs. Customer service is so important in any business and he fills the bill 100%. Thank you Jake for all your help and Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have you as an employee.
