RecommendedI just started renting a space at this location, and my first impression, the facility looks well maintained, and the service from Kevin was excellent. I initially signed up online, and when I went to move in, I saw another unit that I liked better than the one selected for me (I rented a small 3x3x3 and wanted one off the ground). I have lived a lot of places and used at least 15 different storage facilities. This Life Storage s absolutely #1!!! It all s very clean and well maintained, but even more, the staff is simply fabulous!!! Mega kudos to Life Storage, Drew Street!!!
My mom and I have been using this storage company for about a year now. We’ve never had any real problems with them until today. Recently my mom and I lost our car, so we couldn’t come in directly to pay our payment. They never offered us or told us about any other way to pay. If they had, we would of done it.
