I was initially helped by Debbie when I started my storage journey. She was well informed about the storage sizes, air control and area of storage units. She been very helpful during my rent time. She is very timely with helping and answering questions. She is definitely an accent to your team and part of the reason I'm still invested in this particular storage space. The manager was very helpful in finding me a new unit that met all of my needs. The facility is clean and well maintained, however the rates are increased often, after 3 months my unit went up $95 bucks, and then again after a year. Consequently I’ve changed units several times since initially renting with this company!

5 Stars for Jason & Debbie! They were kind, helpful and professional from the beginning. I moved due a very stressful situation and they made it much easier! The location is safe. My items in storage were clean and in the same condition as when I stored them. I did have a rent increase, due to the corporation rate increases after a few months, but Debbie worked with me to lower it by talking to her district manager which I greatly appreciated. When I quickly needed a storage unit in this area, I came here and was helped by Debbie. She was extremely patient with my inquiries, helpful, and most importantly cordial. She offered excellent customer service that gave me a great level of comfort. She was nice enough to show me the units and helped me pick the best one based on my needs.
