I am so great full to the staff for being so helpful and caring to me ! They have gone above and beyond to help me during the past few years I can't say enough about how helpful they are .. anyone looking for a clean ,secure,place to keep there valuable belongings this is IT...I NEVER recommend places to people due to the fact everyone looks at things differently... however there is no denying that they are the best and thought the years I have had many storage units they don't even measure up to HERE....a must see to believ... read more
This location, while it served like a great option due to its convenient location for my storage needs, it proved to be very difficult to deal with. With the exception of when I first leased the space, I had to make multiple attempts to find a dolly/cart. 90% of the time, there were none available to use. Given that sole purpose of a storage unit is to load in and out excess items, it was impossible for me to continue storing at this location. Jason was very helpful when I first came into the storage facility looking for a unit and even took the time to show me how I would access the premises/unit. Overall good customer service and would recommend to family/friends in the area.
I came in one day to check on the prices for the units and was greeted by Jason. A very helpful young man. I was provided with all the information that I needed and had all questions answered. He’s was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. Overall my short time there made my experience very good. Thanks Jason!
