Fast and easy The demo of the alarm needs to be perfected. The clerk who was helping someone else didn't seem to know how to turn off the alarm quickly when doing the demos with other people. It's hard to hear over in over in a 5 minute period.

Clean Facility, Great Customer Service, Easy Transaction! Love the facility! It is super clean! Even though the facility claims that this is not a controlled temperature facility, but the storage feel cold. Also, the facility allows the renter to have access the storage from early in the morning to 10 pm at night! This is great for renter who have long working hours during the day but still gets to drop things off or pick things up from the storage after work hours.
