Yes, I was very happy with the service given, especially when you can walk into an office, be greeted and talk with an actual person and be given personal service for your storage needs. Nick was very helpful and gave great service. The negative down side, was the high price change from online pricing to the actual cost, seemed a little like bait and switch to me.
