pleased I was disappointed in not being able to use the free truck for my move in,due to it being servied,but was assured as soon as I needed to use it I could.

We needed a storage unit quickly and with short notice due to an illness. We needed to clear out rooms in order to get medical equipment in. Everything went quickly and we could get right in. Staff was sympathetic to our situation and was very nice. It was a good experience.
