I am in the process of moving to a new storage unit. The one I had at this location has one of the WORST rat infestations I have ever seen. They have consistently raised the prices despite not addressing any of the issues in the facility. Almost everything in the unit was covered in rat urine and poop and we found the body of a rat while transferring our stuff. Moved my things in on Labor Day today and both Chris and Jodie were working! They were the best! Incredibly helpful, kind and fun even though they were working on Labor Day!! It was a really fast and easy process booking a unit and getting my ID verified to be cleared to move in :) thank you!
Jodi was so welcoming. Easygoing patient and is a great asset to extra space storage. What a great experience. I am so comfortable renting here. Ive rented all over southern cal and let me tell you the most pleasant atmosphere here and the cleanest facility ive seen. Thanks Jodi.
Jodi is incredible!!! She is beyond knowledgeable about that company and is sooo helpful!! She has helped with packages, find junk removal, and best ways to organize the unit. We will continue our business as long as she is here!
Indiana location was very accommodating. Friendly staff and made sure the features I wanted for my unit was available. Very prompt and attentive service. Also went over the contract with me and explained everything thoroughly. 10/10 service.
