Jodi was super nice and accommodating to get me in with a special rate they were promoting. Then several months later, the price increased over $80 per month. She had informed me that it would be no more than $40-$50 but it depends on the market. I understand that rates change due to economy and what competitors are charging but that much increase?! My wife and I recently rented a storage unit from this place, thinking that it was totally safe due to the security cameras facing our unit. We were told that they never had any problems or any break ins at the facility and that it was always kept clean. They also recommended that we purchase their lock. So we did.
