She is always cheerful and pleasant anytime that I have an interaction with her. She is always able to answer any questions that I have, and she makes me comfortable that my storage items are in good hands. RecommendedTina at Extra Space Storage is in a class all by herself. I’ve had units here for a long time. She goes above and beyond to help you with what you need and makes sure you have the most pleasant experience with moving in or moving out. Last year I started the transition of moving my stuff up to Vermont near my kids so they have access to what they need, and when you reach that point where you can’t think for yourself anymore, Tina jumps in and helps out and makes it the most pleasant and calming experience.
