RecommendedWent to Extra Space Storage today to see the Storage Unit I had reserved on line, only to find out that I had actually mistakenly reserved my unit at a whole other facility. Tina was very professional and was very helpful as she went ahead and called for me the other facility and managed to cancel the transaction I made with them. RecommendedIt was easy to get the space in the size I needed from a live person over the phone. I received a confirmation email right away which contained all the info I needed to access my rental space. The staff was very helpful when I showed up too.
