Absolutely disgusting and infuriating experience. Do NOT rent here. My original unit was infested with rats -- droppings, urine, and filth everywhere. My property was destroyed: boxes chewed through, rugs and belongings soaked in rat urine and feces, and I had to throw so much away. After months of dealing with this, I moved to a new unit just three days ago, only to catch another rat inside. I stored with them for more than a year. Yes, the prices kept going up much like others have complained. Finally moved into my place and was able to downsize units. As I was unpacking my new place did I realized things were "missing" - things like my office trash can, my Crate & Barrel every day glasses. Lots of small things and some large items - i.e. a shoe shining kit, utensils, shoes, ZWILLING Vacuum starter Set, brand new camping gear! I kept a list of things stolen. Terrible experience. They've now quadrupled the rent over the course of one year. Roped me in with $76/mo... and just received a notice that I am now going to be paying $300... due to a "market adjustment "... when a 1bedroom apartment in Austin has dropped significantly since COVID to around $900-1100 a month. They are scammers!
