It was difficult to get into. You have to use the app to get in and get on the elevator while you have things in your hand. There were no dollies available. Hot!

Worst storage facility I have ever used. Twice they have put locks on my locker with no reason. Now they are raising rates by 15% and let their customers know 2 DAYS before the due date! I would rather rent a crack house garage than use this crooked company again.
