Weird hours. Nice people. The facility is clean and new. I like it and the price is decent enough. How much can you wax poetically about a storage unit?? It's a great one, honestly I'd recommend it to all my friends if I had any.

Marisol was amazing. She kindly toured the unit i sizes I was interested in. Very thorough and clear on the rules and info we need to. I enjoyed her concise words were comprehensive. It made me want to secure a space with this location.

These guys made it so simple and easy to move in. It's so clean here, the manager is so accommodating and there are tons of free dollies to use to bring your stuff from your truck to the unit. No giving them an ID, no strange employees, a light inside the unit!! you get much more than you pay for here. 5/5 thanks guys!

This is my first storage rental but I love the place. The staff is great, very nice and professional! My first day I asked to see the 5x5 and they had no problem showing me the space. From there I decided to come back and rent a storage. The parking lot is also great you can park close to the entrance and unload all your stuff into one of their flat beds/dolly. Lastly this facility is climate controlled!

I really like this storage place. The staff is very friendly and nice. The place is clean and well lit. Huge covered parking area. I love everything about this storage place.

Similar to many people, covid has changed my moving plans, so I needed temporary storage. I got a 5 x 5 unit and it's very roomy! The facility is also very clean right now since it's new and many spaces are still empty. Reserving a space was easy - I just did it online, was contacted by the location manager, and just finished setting up the agreement on my move-in day (only took 15 mins since the call took care of the info intake). Terrible management and constant closures! If you rely on punctuality for your business, do not rent here. This is a recurring problem at this location: out of my visits, I routinely find the facility completely locked and unstaffed during operating hours with no one around. Today, I showed up and found it shut down yet again. To make matters worse, their staff has no oversight, and even their own dispatchers cannot reach the local manager or the district manager. I'm extremely frustrated. This is now the third time in about three months that I've arrived after the facility's posted opening time of 8:00 AM, and the gate still does not open. It is currently 9:45 AM, and I still cannot access my unit. I pay over $300 per month for this storage unit, and this ongoing issue is unacceptable. I store equipment that I need for work, and because I can't access my unit today, I'm unable to work and will lose income.
