They cut my lock and then raised my rent two weeks later. Bloody q-tips in my "new+clean" unit Edit: I called 5 times and after "validating" my phone number it rang twice and they hung up. Will you fix this? How am I supposed to get in touch with them?

I liked the storage facility & what it offers. But when I was hospitalized & fell behind in my payment, I ("didn't have access to my phone or my family") & I wasn't able to contact them to let them know(" I was in a mental facility") & I would like to work out some kind of payment plan to keep my storage. That still hasn't happened. I've recently contacted them("since getting out the mental hospital "), but their understanding was zero. We arrived this morning to visit our storage space during open gate hours and the gate/storage unit is inaccessible due to the store not opening on time. About 15 people are current gathered outside along us 40 mins past when the gate is supposed to open, and several have had experiences with this happening before. This is my first month renting storage space with this location and the inconvenience of the already odd hours the gate is "supposed" to be open along with them being perpetually late and not open during the limit... read more

Signed up with Extra Space Storage 12/14/21 at a rate of $130/month. Learned today that the rate has increased to $210/month, which goes into effect in 30 days. After researching storage facilities and hiring movers to have the rate increase over 60% after only three months of using the service is frustrating to say the least. The staff at this location said they cannot do anything to help. Buyer beware.
