I have rented 5 different storage units at this location (that should be an indication of how much I appreciate this location). I have always had a good experience each time I've stored my belongings. Teresa and Malay are awesome. They never rush me and allow me to ask as many questions as I need answered. The facility is clean, and the halls are well lit. Hopefully, I have accumulated enough stuff and will not need additional storage 😂
Will never rent a space with this company again. This is my second time renting. The first time I had no issues. I reserved a space again in June for a rate that I thought was fixed. They sent me a letter 3 months later saying my promotional rate would expire and rate would increase from $131 to $200. I called the office and was told that this is a common complaint amongst customers and that the company does not inform you of rate increase until after storing and it will continue to increase every 3-6 months. First I spoke with Alex, an inventory manager at a Savannah location this morning who was super helpful in providing what I requested - a vehicle storage space.
